The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Newly remodeled 600 sf; gas fp; balcony, views and large kitchenette (no big oven), this studio feels spacious- perfect for 1-2 people. Stay for a few days or a few months.
