Holiday rentals with a patio in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

Nous louons peut souvent par Airbnb, donc nous avions quelques réticences. Mais nous avons été très bien reçu par notre hôte et notre séjour s' est très bien passé. A renouveler.

Cozy apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to everything. The walk to the city center could be a little far on foot. Comfortable bed.

Très bel appartement spacieux, cosy et bien décoré. L'appartement était très propre avec tout le confort qu'il faut. Cuisine bien équipée. Grande chambre avec coin bureau et dressing. Des circuits randonnées à proximité et Genève à 50min.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Très facile d’accès, place de parking disponible, lieu calme et privé. Le logement était très propre, les draps sentaient bon la lessive, tout était nickel. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi, cadre incroyable et calme. À proximité du lac, des promenades, et de bon restaurant ! Nous recommandons cet hôte ! Un grand merci à vous :)

Katy and Domy are superhosts. Their place was spotless and very welcoming. It was a really special place. Katy and Domy are really lovely people going out of their way to ensure we had dinner. A lovely breakfast was laid on and even a bottle of Dijon mustard to remind us of our trip, which we forgot so we will have to go back!! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.😀

The place is a little peace of heaven. Isolated, surrounded by beautiful fields and forests, and with an amazing garden literally at the doorstep. Isabel is very friendly and helpful. She went out of ther way to help us with a medical issue we had during our stay. Very much recommended.

Logement vraiment top ! Très spacieux, propre et bien agencé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. La localisation est idéale, proche de tout en restant au calme. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Super week-end entre amies à la Petite Écurie ! Le logement est très agréable, très propre, bien décoré et super bien équipé — on n’a manqué de rien. Le jacuzzi était prêt à notre arrivée, parfait pour se détendre! L’arrivée autonome est bien pratique, et Nancy est une hôte au top : réactive, discrète et attentionnée. Bref, un vrai petit cocon à la campagne où on se sent tout de suite bien. On reviendra avec plaisir !

We spent a week at Annelies’ place in Meursault, a truly charming house. While traditional, the house is beautifully restored with modern amenities. The rooms are large, airy, and well-lit. The kitchen is spacious and functional, and the living rooms, though not large, are inviting. The backyard with its pool offers a great view of beautiful vineyards. We appreciated the good wine and milk waiting for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Located just a 10-minute walk from the village center, the house is near a friendly boulangerie, a well-stocked shop, and numerous wineries. Annelies was very flexible, responsive, and really a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place for a unique experience.

Wij, 2 echtparen hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een oase van rust en alles voorhanden in de woning. Fijn uitgangspunt voor onze uitstapjes. Een heerlijk ruim terras en de bakker en de slager in het dorpje Clavoillon. Voor de grote boodschappen naar Beaune Carefour op een afstand van 12 km. Kortom een prima verblijf om aan te bevelen. Ruud.

Fouzia’s house has everything for a great vacation with friends or family. The villa was very clean and well maintained. We traveled with a baby and really appreciated all facilities (baby bed, sleeping bag, baby seat, washing machine, …). The garden is fantastic, we especially enjoyed the heated pool (29 degrees), big terrace and jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Gemütliches, idylissches und moderenes Studio mit umfangreicher Ausstattung, sowie viel Liebe fürs Detail. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierhin!

Corinne was a lovely, friendly lady and her place was beautiful, full of character. We asked for a desk and chair for working and that was no problem. We love the bbq and that was supplied with charcoal etc. The kitchen very well stocked. We will return next year.

Un excellent week-end prolongé d’automne dans cette superbe maison. La maison est spacieuse, la décoration soignée, et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. La literie ainsi que le linge de lit sont d’une qualité exceptionnelle. L’extérieur est également magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Logement très propre, très bien décoré. Nos hôtes étaient très disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Bien situé, proche de beaucoup de magasins. Nous avons fait de belles ballades au centre ville. Séjour très agréable. Merci à Stéphanie et Roger pour cet agréable séjour. Eliane et Richard

A clean spacious apartment near the lake. The building itself is a bit dated but the appartement has been renovated and is clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Merci Simon et Gilles pour l’accueil dans ce si bel endroit. Nous avons apprécié d’y passer une nuit paisible et réparatrice au milieu de notre randonnée à vélo. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons… si d’aventure vous louez à nouveau votre appartement !

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.
