For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. We offer a Burgundian immersion in a former "Folie" then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. In the heart of the Chalonnaise coast, close to a 14th century ducal palace, the Germolles Fruitier awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, garage bikes and motorcycles, you will also have access to the swimming pool and games room ( Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).
