The apartment is located 5 minutes from a tram station. Parking space is a big plus. The building and apartment are very clean. Equipment and dimensions are perfect for 2. Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

Very pleasant stay at Isabelle's! Very well located apartment with a breathtaking view from the terrace, where you can see the Rhône, Lyon, and the Alps! Renovation work still in progress on the bedroom side on weekdays but not very noisy, in any case it was not a nuisance for us. I can only recommend it!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Franck’s place. It was clean, comfortable, with a terrace. Lovely. Good location. Franck was super helpful to us. His recommendations were wonderful. The only point I would make is that it was not clear to us that there was only one toilet. There are two shower bathrooms , but only one toilet.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
