On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

Fully equipped 2-room apartment. Approximately 50 m2. On the ground floor of a pretty house at the entrance to the town of Thouars. Independent access to the house.
