Our 6-person family fit into this spacious home with plenty of room. This high-end home was newly constructed and Seven was always exceedingly responsive if he had any questions or minor items to help us with. We had a fantastic stay with a full house of 10 people. The commercial grade fridge and coffee was an added bonus. Clear communication from the hosts. Will use again for our next large party.

Brian was a great host! He accommodated to our needs and provided a clean and welcoming space! The view was absolutely stunning and nobody even needed to turn on the TV cause we kept staring out of the window the entire time. Highly recommend this listing!! We had a fantastic stay! Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms.

Jenna and Rick were great hosts, very responsive to any questions. Their suite had everything we needed and was close to some great walking/biking trails! Beds were comfy and the suite was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again.

This was my 2nd visit to River Rock. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property, the sheltered private location, the sounds of the river. The highlight for us was the huge deck which we did a lot of yoga in the morning sun. We will be back!

4.5!!!We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house was beautiful—actually more spacious than I expected, easily fitting all 10 of us comfortably. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location for everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will book again if visiting Calgary-with just a couple of very minor things that kept it from being a full 5 stars—but overall, a really wonderful experience! Thank you!☺️

Great stay! unit was very clean. Only issue I had was getting a parking ticket even though I registered my vehicle to plate but have to dispute the ticket on my own which is a hassle.

Very impressed. Very clean , well equipped, pool and hot tub area great, location gives easy access to all surrounding areas, solid wi fi reception, tv selection(channels) very good, will definitely book again. Easy check in and out.

We had a lovely time at Tina and Steve's place. The location is great and the views from the balcony were amazing. Tina and Steve were extremely quick to respond anytime I had a question and even checked in on their own to see how our trip was going. Can't wait to stay here again as we do yearly trips to the mountains. 100% recommend.

Amazing hosts ! Beautiful space ! Extremely close to downtown ! Amazing spot and location! Trails are located behind and in front . Getting downtown said it was 20 minutes but it’s not If you know the paths ! There was toilet paper stocked and paper towels! Extra bedding ! It was perfect! Pull out couch was comfy cozy! It was amazing to sit outside and drink a coffee while being so close to the mountains ! It made the small town feel come back! People in the area were so friendly as well! The pool and hot tub are inside and not far from the unit if you go in through the underground. Parking was fine and easy although we didn’t use our car much! Garbage shoot is right next to the unit which is very convenient. Amazing spot and I come to Canmore once or twice a year ! I’ve never stayed in the same spot twice but I would rebook this !! Tina and Steve were wonderful hosts—responsive in a timely manner, friendly, made you feel at home. When we walked in, many in our group remarked how beautiful it was and how spacious—we loved it! The place was clean and orderly, and it had all the listed amenities plus more. They made sure to have enough towels for our big group; the bathrooms were spacious with desired necessities. Both bedrooms had trundle beds which worked out great for added sleeping space. The location was walkable to just about anything. Parking worked out well, and there was an elevator to bring us and our luggage up to the condo. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Tina and Steve’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone exploring Banff and any of the surrounding area. Thanks so much for opening up this special place to us!

The property is wonderful. It has everything you need. Plus nothing beats the views you get from Jody's place. And Jody is a great host! Very helpful!

We had a great time at Tina and Steve’s. The beds were comfortable and the place was in a great location. Kitchen was a little small if you’re planning on cooking or want more than one person in there, but it was perfect for our trip and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed watching the summer solstice snow from the balcony! Check in was quick and easy, with the front desk being open 24 hrs. Covered parking in the parkade was also a plus. Would recommend to any small group who wants a convenient place for a good value in the area.

Jenny is fast to respond to messages. The suit is in a nice location and very clean and tidy inside.

The only suggestion that I would make is that they start the fire ahead of time just to warm the place up a little bit or maybe an electric heater just to take the cold off when it’s really cold but other than that, it was very cool! An air blower on the fireplace would also help, unless I missed it, we looked pretty hard for one. The fireplace was awesome but with no blower it didn’t have perfect heat surrounding the hole down. Some areas were a little bit colder than others. A blower evens out the heat in the room.

We had a great stay at James's place! It's in an ideal location and just a few minutes walk from downtown and the lake. The interior was beautiful and the backyard/porch area was so cozy, well decorated and the hot tub was a huge plus for us. Would 100% stay here again :)

We had a delightful experience here. It is scenic and calm. The space is well-apportioned, with every detail accounted for. The hosts were wonderful, and the llama environment is one of a kind! Many times we would just sit and watch them for a while. We love unique and memorable places to stay— this one was perfect. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and hot tub, and drove to Banff and local hikes. If you are a happy, chill person, couple, or small family, you’ll love this peaceful oasis!

Jenness and Tyler are incredible hosts. Not only responsive but went out of their way to have the suite professionally cleaned so we did not have any allergic reactions to previous pets that had stayed there. They were consistently available, even bringing our food delivery to us when the driver dropped it at the wrong door. Super pleasant hosts hosting a very quiet, comfort, and private unit. Felt like home away from home! Despite being a basement unit, the windows allowed plenty of sunlight in for brightness and the lighting for evenings was more than sufficient. Excellent access to Fish Creek Park, grocery stores, and shopping. Fish Creek is a must to walk in! Highly recommend Tyler and Jenness’s suite - we will be returning in the future! And, it’s an extremely safe neighborhood and one of the best in the city!

Loved our stay here! Very high end kitchen and appliances. Fabulous location for what we needed. Bedding was also high end. Home was spotless and we felt very comfy. Although it’s a basement suite, its basement walk in so it’s still bright and airy and no noise issues from above. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this listing to anyone! We will be back

This place is fantastic. It is small, we were there with 3 people and the futon is small for the 3rd person, but beside that everything else is great. The location especially is amazing and the train going by is very unique and exciting. It was a little hard to find it down the road after dark but once you figure it out it's easy. If you would be bothered by a freight train going by a few times a night 50 feet from you I'd steer away, but for us it was great and novel. Overall, I would highly recommend the place and Jarret was extremely responsive and helpful with instructions.

Stayed at this beautiful space for a girls getaway and it was the perfect retreat! The place felt like home and was exactly as described. We especially loved the beautiful view from the deck — watching the sunrise and sunset from there was breathtaking. The hot tub at night was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. Would definitely return!
