Cozy Apartment Minutes from Downtown w/Fenced Yard

This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min. walk from downtown so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing and our location is convenient. Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.

We stayed at Brock & Lenora’s place to explore Wind Cave National Park, the Black Hills, & Mt Rushmore — it was less than an hour drive to each of those attractions & ~10 minutes to Downtown Rapid City. Their place was immaculately clean, had thoughtful touches in their kitchenette such as snacks & tea, & a very easy check-in. Met both Brock & Lenora during our stay & they were very friendly & welcoming during our stay.

Great stay! Very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great yard and pool. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on top floor, two bedrooms and one bath on bottom floor, two living room areas. Side note - none of the stairs have handrails. We were traveling with seniors, and they had a little trouble with that and the amount of furniture blocking access to some seating areas. Excellent hosts, very responsive.
