Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.

I had a great stay at Kaitamaria's place. The space is basically a basement studio apartment, with the kitchenette and access to the upstairs shared spaces. It worked out well for the couple nights I stayed there and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Cheyenne. Must like cats!

I had a nice stay, the person who take care of the house is nice and friendly, I just personally didn’t know people would be staying in the house. I stayed for almost 2 weeks comfortable. Kenneth for me was just hard to get ahold of when I did message him.

We enjoyed staying in one room bunkhouse style for the one night that we were there. The couple in our group took the queen size bed, and the other three took the single beds that were spread out two semiprivate alcoves, and then one next to the queen bed. The twin bed mattresses were not of the best quality. They had a lot of give to them, unfortunately for two of us who sleep on firm mattresses at home. We felt a little bit uncomfortable when we were sitting in the living room and visiting with each other when the owner came out of her room and seemed surprised that we were there. We asked if we could use the television, and she hesitated, then said yes I’ll just be in my room the rest of the night. Well, we couldn’t get the TV on and did not want to bother her so we just went to bed.
