Close to all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, etc.) and ideally located for both beginner and experienced hikers. Mountain biking and TRAIL tours. The accommodation, with an area of approximately 120 m2, includes: 3 bedrooms, living room with TV, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 1 balcony and a veranda, bathroom and separate toilet, work area, 1 washing machine on request.

Il est composé d'une cuisine/salle à manger, un salon prolongé par un espace chambre, une vaste chambre à l'étage et un studio duplex mitoyen avec chambre et mezzanine. Confortable pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis , le logement offre trois salles de bain et trois wc. Draps, torchons et tapis de bain fournis. Ce gîte est situé à 4 km de Santenay les Bains qui accueille un centre thermal avec espace aqua détente et une piscine d’été. Région touristique et gastronomique entre Saône et Loire et Côte d'Or : de nombreuses activités dont la randonnée en vélo sur les voies vertes (en bas du village). Nous sommes à 20 mn de Beaune et 1 h de Dijon.

The other 2 nearby cottages, Foudras (4 to 6 people) and the Pavilion (4 to 6 people), allow you to meet and enjoy life together without going through the public road.

15 minutes from Beaune and the Grands Crus route, between fields and orchards, this outbuilding benefits from all the comforts: walk-in shower in Burgundy stone, bed of 160*200 cm, large exterior... and its Nordic bath, heated by wood fire, to enjoy the garden and the surrounding nature in all seasons. To complete the Burgundy experience in the great outdoors, we rent electric bikes and will be happy to share the beautiful roads with you.

Our rural cottage for 1 to 6 people, completely renovated in our old farmhouse, will welcome nature lovers. 100 m from the cottage, our private pond on our one-hectare land where you can observe nature and relax by the water. Our property is bordered by the Sevron River in its natural state to preserve the biodiversity of the site. For fishing, at 800m, our town has a very beautiful pond, with a sports area and pedestrian paths.

Le Fournil des Jardins d'Ayaël: Quiet and Nature

Spacious and bright detached little house (90 m2), in a property at the end of a hamlet, quiet and surrounded by nature. The Mews – a charming, one bedroom apartment

Set back from the road and beautifully converted from an old barn, the Mews has exposed beams, re-pointed stone walls and stone floors. From the enclosed courtyard looking out onto the square, the glass front door leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. A circular staircase leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with separate bathroom comprising walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
