The apartment is new and is decorated in a modern and elegant way, with excellent quality materials, and also has a balcony overlooking the garden.

It was here, in my grandfather's time, that the mare he rode when he went to the fairs in Vinhais, or to deal with other matters of the couple, a couple in Vila Nova da Rainha, was housed. The mare was an elegant, reddish-brown animal that fascinated me whenever I went to wait for my grandfather on his trips and rides.
