Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. The "LUNA" has a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against high temperatures and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly anchored in our harbor and is only 7 km from the Alex.

Seagull1 is a floating cottage on a concrete floating body. It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical requirements and intricacies in modern design. With its exclusive facilities, it meets the higher demands of a spacious holiday home and offers plenty of space for an extraordinary maritime family holiday up to 6 people on 2 floors. Living/sleeping rooms between the ground floor and upper floor are separated only by an open staircase (without door).

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

The floating houses are located in Vetschau/Spreewald directly on the Niederlausitz Mining Tour long-distance bike path. Ideal for 4 people, maximum for 6 guests.

In a flexible ensemble of mobile and permanently installed solutions, 2 people can spend the night on board if required. Bed (200 x 160). Cooker, dishes and many extras included... The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
