We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

We offer our small bungalow-style apartment on our property in the quiet Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It is a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance, our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation. But Berlin can also be reached in about 15 minutes by train.

On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
