Come stay and enjoy ice fishing on the lake during the winter months or snowmobiling on the trails. During the summer come see the pelicans and enjoy the beach and lake life. Enjoy the peaceful walks on the rail trails in Belmont and the self guided heritage tour. One hour drive from Brandon or Souris. Explore the swinging bring in Souris and the monument of the Peacock. Rustic Cabin on the Souris River

The River Cabin is available year round. This private cabin comes equipped with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. In summer you can relax on the deck or take a stroll in the countryside. If visiting in the winter don't forget your cross country skis, and ice skates or curl up by the fireplace with a good book. The large loft bedroom has a king bed and a soaker tub. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms one with double bed, the other has twin bunks. Very cozy cabin with artful antique décor.

The set up and hook up are all done, just show up and enjoy camping life without all the hassle of hauling a camper. There is a dock and beach access with 2 kayaks and an outdoor shower available to use. There are great quad trails, and fishing is very popular around the lake.
