My rates have stayed the same for the past 5 years. I will not raise them like hotels do during events. The Keeper's Inn! Downright neighborly! Conveniently located 1-bedroom duplex apartment in SoFo, (South Forks). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine and spirits, and shopping, you will need not venture far. A great place to stay for business, sporting events, concerts, visiting the family, or to simply recharge the batteries, you will find that The Keeper's Inn is SoFo Mojo!

Make yourself at home in this cute and cozy property located on a quiet dead end street. Within walking distance to Elks pool and park. An affordable and quick Uber drive to explore all that downtown Grand Forks has to offer! In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. We came to North Dakota to visit family. Janelle’s place was perfect. It was very clean and spacious. We cooked just about everyday here kitchen was well stocked. Janelle was very responsive checked to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever in the area I would definitely stay at Janelle’s Place. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Shannon’s place was peaceful and quiet. I loved the view of the back yard and the deer that came through was amazing. Shannon was a respectful host and was always asking if I needed anything. He made sure the temp was warm enough since it was winter time. The welcome sign and little treats were great. He had warm music playing for me when I got there. If anyone needs a great place to stay, I would highly recommend Shannon’s place.

We were very comfortable at Laura's place! The apartment was very clean, freshly vacuumed, and tidy. The bed and couch are comfortable and the carpet is nice and cushy. The location is very quiet despite being near a college campus. Laura always responded quickly to my messages and was very accommodating. Fantastic deal!

Adam was a great host. Very responsive & always able to help with any problems or concerns. He also was able to get some items we requested at one point. This also is the best deal in town, if you’re ok with a roommate. You won’t find another place this cheap and accessible. The neighborhood is downtown close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and right by a nice grocery store. We really loved the area and being right by the river. The room is a little smaller than I imagined for 2 people, but it is doable, especially if working a lot and not home all the time. Kitchen has everything listed and even a few extra things left behind by previous tenants.

This location was great, it's very convenient to UND and everything in GF. Clean unit, very comfortable, great space, and Chris is very responsive.
