We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. The sunsets over the ocean from the pool were incredible! The best view of any place we’ve stayed! We had an incredible time as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including oil and seasonings! Beds were comfy, place was very clean. There were chair floats and noodles for the pool. We have zero complaints— thankful for a wonderful family getaway with our elementary aged kids. Definitely book this place!

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!

We loved this property. The house has everything you’d need, the pool is fabulous and the yard is beautiful. It’s in a great location as well: it’s just far enough from town to be more peaceful but not so far that it’s a hassle.

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

Our family of three had a lovely time. The home was very clean, comfortable and well located near two of our favorite beaches. It was private but we didn’t feel isolated. Absolutely loved the architecture and lounge areas. Great kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. Claire was very responsive and always accessible. Highly recommend!

This place was pristine! Whoever designed this home had excellent attention to detail. The landscape has grown in nicely since the pictures were taken so the property was even more beautiful than expected. With no adjacent rear neighbor, the trees, foliage and wildlife behind the home are beautiful. In fact, there is only one home adjacent to the property but and it's separated by a pretty good privacy fence. Loved the small surf town of Playa Grande as well!

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. Casa Emma is a peaceful retreat. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and the market. The house is clean and well stocked with all you need. The large covered porch had a pool table, large couch, big screen TV, and grill complete with a private pool for family and friends to gather. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

A nice property off the beaten path. It is a few miles out of Tamarindo with decent roads to get to the house. Beautiful nature surrounding the house. Carolina is very responsive and made our stay easy.

Lovely home near one of the best beaches in the country! We were very comfortable during our 6 day stay, with 5 adults moving around, and felt very safe. Hosts were extremely kind and communicative, answering any questions we had about activities or eating recommendations. We loved sitting outside by the pool every morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the iguanas. Best trip we've taken and the memories we made we will cherish forever!

We had an amazing stay at Casa La Jolla! Located in a quiet, gated community about 20 minutes from Tamarindo, it was the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to town. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Jeff was a fantastic host—his communication was excellent, and he checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Any time we had a question or request, he responded right away. We highly recommend Casa La Jolla and would absolutely stay here again!

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

Loved this condo! While we originally thought it was right on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed how peaceful it ended up being a little bit away. We enjoyed the beach club right next to the property (small community pool, corn hole boards, ping pong, and sun loungers) and had it all to ourselves for the whole afternoon - which made it feel like our own personal oasis. We used the shuttle service a few times to go down to the beach and it worked seamlessly - it would have been ~15 minute walk. My son loved using the gym and said it was a great one! The condo had a washer and actual dryer which made it so nice to get our clothes washed before our 2nd half of trip! The back patio was amazing with comfortable furniture, we enjoyed coffee each morning and even BBQ’d one night on the grill. Host was very responsive! Would highly recommend this place!

Andres place was the perfect getaway for my wife and myself. We stayed there about a week. The place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We could hear the Howler Monkeys at times and listen to the birds and the rain was the best. Very close to all the amenities, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. PERFECT!!!

We spent three nights at Villa Senor Gato with a group of nine, and everyone absolutely loved the location. The house is in a perfect spot with stunning views. I practically had to drag the guys out—no one wanted to leave the pool! Seb was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We’re definitely coming back—Villa El Senor Gato made me fall in love with Costa Rica! ~ Pura Vida ~
