Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and refrigerator) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together to make double beds. Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cottage. The cottage is located on a villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre, which is 12 km away. The cabin is 400 meters from Undersåker train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

It is within walking distance to Ica and the train station. Outside the house, there is storage for ski equipment and a private parking space with engine heater. The price includes bed linens, towels and cleaning.
