Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.
