Welcome to our Charming Stone House in the peaceful village of Reževići, located just few hundred metres from the beach. Surrounded by old olive trees, the house offers true Mediterranean escape - perfect for couples, families or anyone seeking peace, sun, and sea. Breathtaking sunsets from one of the terraces are unforgettable. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2024 during which we created space that fuses soft contemporary design with a traditional Mediterranean architecture.

Two cosy, well-equipped apartments, with separate entrances, in a traditional stone-facade villa overlooking the Adriatic. The villla is located in the village Reževići, between Sveti Stefan and Petrovac. Situated near to hiking trails, cultural and historical monuments and beautiful beaches: Rijeka Reževića, Drobni pijesak, Perazića do with a stunning seaside view. Our garden, filled with typical local flora, offers a true Mediterranean landscape ideal for your genuine rest and enjoyment.

Jasen Apartments Lakeview 3

With lake and mountain views, Jasen Apartments offers accommodation with patio, around 8 km from Lake Skadar. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Lu is a perfect studio for two, situated in a peaceful area of Petrovac (Oliva village), 10 minutes walking distance from Petrovac beach. Apartment has a beautiful terrace with a view on Petrovacka Gora and is in a perfect location if you want to visit near by beaches, such as Perazica Do, Drobni Pijesak, Lucice. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no need for the aircondition in the evenings. Feels like you're on the mountain.

Our private Seaview apartment has a gorgeous sea-view balcony, a private bathroom, a small kitchen area, and two doubled beds (can fit up to 2-4 people).e all its own. Parking is available for an additional fee of €5 per day. Please let us know in advance if you need a parking spot, so we can reserve it for you. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival The tourist tax of €1 per day is not included in the price. It is charged separately.

The studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features its own kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.
