Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

1919 Spanish Casita | 12 min. to Anaheim

Welcome to 1919 Spanish Casita (guesthouse) at Ranchito de Ramona (original name of the property)! It was finished in 2020 (built from the ground up) and has a main room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a small dishwasher, electric range with an induction cooktop (with an air fryer feature), microwave and refrigerator. Guest Suite w/Priv Entry+Patio + split AC

We have a completely separate guest suite with a private entrance, patio and en-suite bathroom on our property. Our neighborhood is safe and family-oriented! Your guest suite is also fenced off with a 6-foot tall vinyl gate from our backyard for your total privacy. Guests will not have access to our main house or backyard. For long-term stays, we can only accommodate 1 guest. Please refer to our "space" list to view amenities offered.

The Lemondrop Cottage

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.
