My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

The apartment is right in the middle of the Bremen "Viertel," within walking distance of theaters, museums, cafes and restaurants. The cathedral, Schnoor and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by tram (one stop) that runs in front of the front door. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located; it is located in a traffic-calmed side street. Newly renovated and with a private terrace, kitchen and small bathroom, the property has two separate entrances.

Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easily accessible. The nearest tram stops are about a 5-minute walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is Internet with Wi-Fi access! However, no super fast fiber optic cable! Not selectable here in the center!

Hi there! Everyone is welcome here! "Very rare with a small but nice garden..." The apartment is centrally located in the new town of Bremen: 55 square meters. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes' walk to the stop. The airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.
