Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. The house is in the little village of Porto and it's just 100 m from the lake. it has a beautiful garden with secular olives trees, where you can sit outside and enjoy your vacation in the tranquillity.
