Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

L'Alpino Rooms

The traditional family atmosphere is the main feature. The rooms, bathroom and living room are independent from the rest of the house, the entrance is shared with the manager and breakfast and the use of small appliances are available. The accommodation is located a few hundred meters from the city center, train station and bus. Ideal for away workers and families. There are 4 bicycles for men, women, boys/girls, a ping-pong table in the garden and a barbecue... I look forward to seeing you.

The Suite delle Statue is a luxurious 1 bedroom suite located on the first floor of historic Palazzo Camozzini. The suite is comprised of a large living room and a large bedroom. Original 18th century statues surround the living room giving it its name. There is a historic balcony facing Via San Salvatore Vecchio and views over San Nicolo church. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place.
