This little gem of accommodation was lovely, very clean and well kept apartments, lovely surroundings, great local amenities and ample parking. The host Umberto and family where very welcoming, helpful, communicated efficiently and responded very quickly to any concerns or questions. The reception offers hot drinks, cold drinks, coffee and plenty of leaflets to help with finding stuff to do in the local area. We loved our holiday at Lake Garda that much we have already booked to go back, although we would have loved to stay here again unfortunately the dates we needed where not free. I would highly recommend visiting Lake Garda and staying in this lovely accommodation. The views from these apartments are amazing, it was lovely to wake up to them every day of our stay. Thank you Umberto and team. :)

elegant and welcoming structure. when we arrived for check in and they saw that we were celebrating a friend who is getting married they changed our apartment giving us the penthouse with a super view of the lake. large rooms, beautiful and clean bathroom, a perimeter terrace with a final veranda that made you want to stay put to fully enjoy the fabulous apartment.friendly and helpful staff

Perfect place, walking distance to town. A flight of stairs with handles available and a lift going up to the apartment is definitely helpful. Ilaria has been extremely wonderful preparing breakfast for all 5 of us FOC! Apartment is clean & tidy. All amenities available for use from towels, soaps, iron, kitchen/cooking utensils etc. Recommended place to stay with family & friends. Thank you for being a fantastic host Ilaria!

Great place, super spacious with amazing garden! People are super kind and ready to help, even with special requests (we had 5 months baby on board!). Licalisation between Biennale and San Marco was an asset for us! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Emilia's place a lot. It looked brand new on the inside, while the outside is the typical local architecture. Both the 2 kids and myself were very happy ! Very friendly welcoming, always available when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Alan is a lovely host and it was extremely easy to communicate with him. The place looks just like it does on the pictures, with a lovely view on the Alps. It is 50 metres walk to the nearest slope, which then connects you to the main ski lift to get up to the station. The village is a 10 min walk away, which makes Alan’s place very private yet accessible. The garage spot included a dedicated room to leave our skiis and a very well organised service with the optional ski rental at TopSki. The place had a lovely swimming pool with views to the valley, and another small jacuzzi (all very clean). There was also a sauna area with a changing room, steam room, sauna, cold shower and a little gym. Overall, we are very happy with our holiday and we believe we paid exactly for the price. Alan was definitely a great host, always available and helpful. We would definitely recommend for those looking for a relaxing ski holiday.

We had a great time staying at Elena’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and walking distance to all the top attractions in the area. Would highly recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

It was super nice. The view is amazing. It is somewhat clairaudient to still endure :)

We stayed in April 2025 as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby). Location is excellent for walking around the city and seeing the sights or grabbing a bite to eat. The accomodation itself was well presented and as pictured on the listing. You access the premises through an external door with keypad. There is an second internal door which also opens at the same time so you have to open that promptly or it will click shut and you'll have to re-enter the code outside. We only noticed this as we were a bit slow with the baby pram! Once inside you go up a few steps up to an elevator which takes you to the apartment. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area and great views out onto the main street. It can get quite noisy outside especially friday/saturday night. If the windows are closed it cuts out a lot of noise though. Overall it was a perfect base for our trip and Francesca was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Will return! Thanks!

A place worth recommending, clean, spacious apartment. I highly recommend it. The only thing to note for those traveling by car - the streets are very narrow

The place was exactly as seen on the pictures. The view was really beautiful and you wake up in the morning by the rising sun. However, you can also darken the whole apartment with electric blinds. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The amenities were also tastefully selected and there was salt, sugar, vinegar, and olive oil as well as dishes as basics. Coffee pods and some Nutella were also already there. There were delicious cakes in the room to welcome you. The host was very nice and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back ourselves.
