the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All that's left is to book 😉

Our 2-week vacation at Marianne's went wonderfully. We were perfectly hosted by Marianne and Laurent. Very nice house, tastefully decorated, fresh, very nice exterior. Quiet place in the countryside. The terrace under the wisteria and the pool are real assets during the hot weather we had. Pool cleaning mid-stay and breakfast offered by Laurent. I recommend visiting the village of Saint Antoine l'Abbaye about 30 minutes away, which is beautiful, and Lake Bourget for swimming about an hour away. Shops near the house, within walking distance for small shops and 5 min drive to the supermarket. We can only recommend this rental.

Thanks to Xavier for a great stay. We were 2 families including 3 children and appreciated the quality of the welcome, the flexibility, the advice of Xavier but also the accommodation which was brand new, very clean, very well equipped (kitchen like at home, top-notch bed linens & bathroom) and a quiet environment. We highly recommend Xavier's place and will be back soon to see the progress of his ambitious project.

A very nice apartment with a very nice decoration. The space is well optimized. There is everything you need inside: wifi connections, coffee machine with pods, mirror in the bathroom with the possibility of putting music on it... In short, ideal for a good stay.
