Large communal area with billiard/pool table, a cosy seating/meeting area with log burner for cooler evenings. Note the pool is open from May 15th until September 30th. Access to Angouleme 45 minutes, Cognac 1 hour, Future-Scope 1.25hrs, Valley de Singe 45 minutes, Poitiers airport 1 hour.

3 Fontaines waterbody with rest area. This waterbody consists of a small beach (with supervised swimming) and another part reserved for fishing. In July and August, pizzeria, fries, mussels... On-site catering. Bakery, small supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, post office, hairdressers, newspapers, banks, gas pump, doctors. Numerous opportunities for walks or bike rides. Moulin des Pierres Blanches, very quiet place. Small market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
