The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Screened porch off of living room ideal for reading and napping. Located on quiet street. Short walk to vibrant, historic Downtown Melbourne. We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

The Rivers Edge is located on the Eau Gallie River in Melbourne FL. Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy yourself while seeing the best of Florida's wildlife at a historic residence. We are 3 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Melbourne airport and close to several breweries. Dock space available for boats & we have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Great place for a beach getaway. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the ocean. You are also close to great local dining, groceries, and shopping. You are either a 20 minute drive to see a rocket blast off at Cape Canaveral or a 50 minutes drive to visit Mickey and his friends in Disneyworld. Our cozy condo is ready to help you relax and enjoy your time.
