Holiday rentals with a kayak in Brevard County

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

Incredible stay - great spot for kids too! Good fishing off the dock, nice pool, close to golf course!

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

Everything was prefect for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Great location close to everything quick Walk to the beach.. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Comfy Beds and perfect for a family or a group of friends. Pool, Hot tub, & Game-room were amazing!! Zenna was wonderful to accommodate us from check in to check out! Definitely coming back ..Totally recommend..

LITERAL PARADISE! Book it -you will not be disappointed! The outside&inside were both pristine. Fish and watch manatees&dolphins all day on your private dock. The private saltwater pool was the perfect hangout. You can't even tell it's salt (for those of us not as familiar with pools). The grill worked great for cooking &the kitchen has everything you'd ever need. Even a bonus wine fridge for extra beverages. The neighbors were all very friendly, one side even invited us to watch manatees closer from their dock. We had our 1.5year old, and besides the fenced in jungle gym, she had hundreds of toys to play with&real crib! Lots of games for older kids too. ALL FOUR BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN FULL EN SUITES! That's hard to come by&beyond amazing - especially for multiple couples. Lots to do in this house&plenty of room for downtime. The upstairs master is HUGE&even has its own full upper balcony. The washer&dryer were easy to use&(like literally everything else) amazing! We'd love to return!

Sunny Lane 🌞 ☀️ ⛅️ Such a beautiful place!. There was so much to do in the house .We really lived just staying there. The kids did go to a museum. We did a kayak tour at night to see the phytoplankton Bio luminescent. So much fun .Everything was close by. Want to come back again!! I wish I could have stayed forever. Made very precious memories ✨️ 💖 The landscaping is so beautiful the backyard is a paradise.

This home exceeded our expectations. We were even able to store our luggage in the garage while we waited for check-in. While some furniture and a rug were dated and worn, the entire house was very well kept, clean, decorated beautifully. The beds & linens were SO comfortable as was the entire house. Plenty of places to spread out, eat or sit and read a book. I brought a bag of games but could have saved the space in my luggage because this house even has games and puzzles. The garage is stocked with beach supplies (and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach), bikes, and kayaks. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table. By far, everyone’s favorite was the pool! Teresa definitely goes above and beyond to stock the house so that you have everything you need at your finger tip. We will be back (and we will look at their other property as well). Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The location was ideal. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and love walking the beach, biking, reading quietly, and visiting the Space Center and local restaurants. This was our third visit to this area, but we believe this unit suits us best. It was a quiet, peaceful one-bedroom unit, with an open feel with adequate room for eating, relaxing, writing and has a small, private, outdoor patio. We would love to return and stay again if we have the opportunity. Kay, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Penny’s cottage was the perfect place for a quiet get away. Penny was on vacation herself but she still made sure we had every thing we needed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and close to everything. We would definitely come back. Thank you Penny for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place to unwind and celebrate my husband's 60th birthday!! The cottage or bungalow itself is incredible. It's perfectly furnished with everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We used the trolley to wheel our wine and charcuterie down the dock. We also tried our luck with the provided blue crab pots, but weren't successful. Katharyn was a fantastic host, and responded immediately to any questions. We'll be back!!

Enjoyed staying at Jacki's. easy walk to the beach - didn't have to pay for parking. Find the silverware under the overhang of the island.

Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. You have awesome views from every window! You can enjoy a cozy screened in porch or enjoy amazing sunrises on you own private dock! You may catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two! The cottage is nestled among vibrant blooms and swaying palm trees. The interior is well thought out and is a sweet escape from the busy world.

Jacki a very gracious host. We appreciated the close proximity to both the beach on the east and the Indian river to the west. Took both the kayaks and bikes for a spin and had a great time.
