K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.

It has its own garden and terrace. Parking for 4 cars is free of charge right in front of the house.
