Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Its location near a bus stop with a direct connection to Trenčín station is an ideal place for those who use public transport. V záhrade je paletové posedenie, kde si môžete oddýchnuť. Dom má kapacitu 6 lôžok a izby s výhľadom na jazero. Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie.
