The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.

Ski In Ski Out, fritt läge högst upp i huset med fantastisk utsikt mot Högfjället och backarna. Barnvänligt område, endast 50 m till skidlift, 50 m till ICA, Högfjällshotellet med dess nöjesutbud, restauranger samt skid- och badbuss inom 200m. Lägenheten har två sovrum med totalt 6 bäddar, ett med 4 st enkelsängar och det andra med en våningssäng. Nytt badrum med torkskåp och golvvärme. Ljust och fint kök, utrustat med bl.a. diskmaskin, och med öppen planlösning mot vardagsrum.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

The accommodation is about 90 sqm spread over 2 levels and has sauna, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two parking spaces. Booked usually Saturday to Saturday during high season.
