Beachfront holiday rentals in Bridge of Don

Had stayed here last year. Location is superb, living room windows look directly onto the see, rocky for hundreds of yards when tide out, water directly below window when tide is in. Wife hardly left the flat lol and loved the views. Top bedroom offers superb sea views and you feel like your at sea with the windows open. Worthy of note that access to the property is via 14/15 continuous steps leading to the front door and there is a set of stairs to the top bedroom. (important to be aware of if you've got mobility issues, as my wife has). As we have been before we knew what to expect this time round. Apartment was clean with decent facilities. Provided some feedback to host on some minor issues needing addressed which would have made the experience perfect. Great location to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will definitely be back. Lovely flat . In the town but not noisy and close to the beach with a nice walk to the harbour. Extremely happy with the flat. It’s roomy. Bed is comfortable. Lovely choice of items for breakfast. Highly recommend it

Fittdie square is idyllic. Easy to walk and explore the food trucks nearby. Locals are friendly and the farm fresh eggs were an added bonus. Loved the outdoor seating area. This place was perfect!

Visiting all the way from Canada, it was a lovely spot on our Honeymoon. The location was perfect, the amenities were great and it was super comfy. Dean was also very responsive and pleasure to interact with. My husband and I would definitely recommend this place as a must for staying at.

A wonderfully decorated cottage with a stunning view! Lovely details in every room, beautiful colourscheme, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We could have sat and watched the sea from the porch all day. Highly recommended! If possible would give it 7 stars!

I have never stayed in such a well organized Airbnb. I mean there were manuals for everything you can possibly have a question about the house, the area and everything in between in well put together binders, labeled, even with indexes. It was really thought out. of course the cottage was immaculate, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was so well put together, you could cook a five course meal in there. All the basics were there, not just in the kitchen but in bathrooms. Bed was super comfy, the views were amazing. I would 100% stay again.

Breathtaking view! Very clean and comfortable livingroom! Little snacks where waiting for two- and fourlegged visitors. The preparations for our dog were super sweet... extra blanket and towel. Outstanding! The host was very friendly and super helpful! After we forgot stuff at our departure we found a way how to get the things back. Thank you, Claire 🧡

Well appointed, great location, quiet, cosy apartment. Restaurants, cafes, harbour, stunning walks, beach, fish & chips, great butcher, handy co-op etc all a very short walk away. This cosy apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break away. Amanda has thought of everything and was very friendly and responsive to any questions. We had such a lovely Hogmanay/New Year holiday, thank you.

Found the property with no problem, instructions were perfect. Managed to park on the street nearby. Walked up the stairs, into the flat and then discovered the sun room. Within 30 seconds we saw dolphins swimming by and fell in love with the place. The flat is fantastic and well maintained. Nearly everything you need is provided including a pair of binoculars. We had meant to buy a pack of cards and leave them for future guests, but completely forgot about it. (I blame the sun room) Good starting point for your morning run and the power shower is great for afterwards. The only problem is that you find yourself constantly sitting in the sun room staring out to sea with no idea what you were meant to be doing. The lookout is incredibly relaxing and the perfect spot for exploring the area. The whole family can’t wait to go back. Top tip: Check out the Yett on arrival and familiarise yourself with the recycling bin setup.

Laurie’s place was clean and well maintained. Great location with connectivity into the city and a walkable distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

We spent a marvellous long weekend in Collieston. The cottage’s location is unbeatable with south facing windows looking over the sea and the harbour a stones throw away. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The check in process was easy and as described. Our hot tub was out of order, so the owner kindly arranged for us to use on nearby. As an FYI to potential guests, there is no freezer or microwave in the kitchen! Other than that, our stay was impeccable.

We had a peaceful stay at Amy's flat. We were without car but it is located close to the good, local bus system, and is not all that long a walk back to bustile of town. Her place had all the amenities listed and Amy communicates well with guests. The entrance hall is dark and the stairs as well, so be prepared to use a phone light or flashlight. The layout of the flat is such that early risers can easlily close off the kitchen/living room and enjoy morning coffee, tv or reading while not disturbing those still sleeping. Overall, we recommend a stay at Amy's.
