Gorgeous country apartment w/ hot tub & log burner

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

A charming, well appointed Edwardian Gate Lodge

JeffreyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars! Excellent home in a really peaceful beautiful location. It was easy to find and no issues entering the property. Stunning old house which clearly has a lot of history. The home was well presented and we found it comfortable. All the instructions were clear. The hot tub was excellent and the kids loved it. So peaceful at night. Only a 10 min drive into Alyth where there is a couple of shops, but many many lovely walks about ideal for dogs. The wifi was a bit hit and miss we struggled watching tv as it kept freezing with no signal. However given the rural location this is excepted and didn’t bother us too much. AGA cooker was great a real experience and I’m sure in the winter it’s beautiful and warm. Overall we would recommend the property, my only room for improvement would be looking into the WiFi and potentially adding a better dining table and chairs outside. It would have been lovely to dine outside on some more comfort chairs and better seating. Still 5 stars!

The Gardener’s Cottage with wood fired Hot Tub

SaraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This garden cottage was straight out of a romantic fairytale! The gorgeous garden surrounding the cottage and the view of the water and misty rolling hills framed perfectly by a stone wall and ivy were just breathtaking (especially while sitting in the wood fire heated hot tub). The cottage itself was incredibly cozy. We had nearly gotten stranded on Islay with car issues and we weren’t even sure we’d get to enjoy this stop on our holiday. By the time we arrived, we were completely exhausted from the chaos of the previous 24 hours so this relaxing and welcoming space was exactly what we needed to decompress. ☺️ The cottage was well equipped and very clean! We had everything we needed and then some. Caroline was an exceptional host. She was remarkably responsive and lovely to interact with both prior to our stay (when we weren’t sure we’d be able to make it) and during our stay! Anyone with the opportunity to stay here, should absolutely do it! Thank you for everything, Caroline!!

Stylish Country Cottage with Exclusive Hot Tub!

SummerRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This was a great find. Katrina is one of the most responsive and informative hosts I have had on Airbnb. Being from out of the country we had several questions and she answered so quickly. There were some hiking trails near by which was a nice surprise, and Katrina recommended Gloagburn which was a hidden gem! Would recommend this to anyone looking to be off the beaten path but still have plenty to do!

Coastal cottage with stunning view.

AliciaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay with my family at this historic cottage. Especially loved the easy access to the Fife Coastal Path that we walked daily into Burntisland or Aberdour. Excellent hosts as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property!

Alistairs Steading, Romantic retreat with hot tub!

LeilaniRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was one of the last places my husband & I stayed for our elopement/honeymoon trip, & we wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was even nicer than the pictures showed, spotlessly clean, and overall felt very cozy and peaceful. The backyard was beautiful & private ~ ending each night in the hot tub under the stars was so lovely. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

New! Bagpipers Luxury Hideaway

SatyajitRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Tony and Mairi are delightful hosts. Their place is better than the photos and the bed is divine! Tony was extremely generous to not only recommend a fabulous restaurant but made the booking on our behalf. We really enjoyed our stay and it's a perfect base to explore the Glencoe area. Cannot wait to return.

Schoolhouse Cottage, lochshore views near Glencoe

DelaneyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The Schoolhouse Cottage in Onich was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to the Highlands. Chris & Sarah were excellent hosts and the cottage itself was lovely and nicely equipped. They have taken great care with their welcome guides- extremely thorough! The cottage is in a beautiful area and the views are just stunning- we wish we could wake up to that view every day. We'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Glencoe or the Highlands in general- it's in a great location to be a basecamp for exploring surrounding areas.

North Morar Pod

AlisonRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The views had me absolutely speechless! The cabin was so cute and cozy, and Allana and Karen are incredibly kind. We were so sad we didn’t get to meet them in person—we’re sure they’re even more lovely face-to-face. They shared some wonderful restaurant recommendations, which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed! The pod is the perfect little getaway from the internet, yet still close enough to town if you need anything. We loved the drive in—those cheeky sheep gave us a few classic Scottish traffic jams, which only added to the charm. And Loch Morar is simply breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay—it was the perfect peaceful end to our honeymoon. Thank you both so much for sharing your beautiful pod with us!

Cosy. Sleeps 5 with fire. Gardens. Quiet. Central.

NigelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Excellent place to stay. House is immaculate and beautifully kept. Took a little bit to find the actual house as it’s in a corner, but I probably didn’t read the instructions clear enough. Everything was super, couldn’t recommend it enough. We were on motorcycles, and squeezed them into the side of the house for protection. Thank you
