This is the first floor of a two story Duplex located on ocean block and is the 2nd house from the beach. Family and kid friendly. No pets or smoking. Stylish beach vibe apartment! Large cement patio on the ground floor is available for guests to enjoy with outside seating and table. Walk across the street to the beach and go back and forth all day...it is so close!

O-Wow! 2 BR house, 1 Block to Beach - Dogs Welcome

This renovated 2 BR house has new everything! Modern kitchen, large outside deck, fenced in area, and only q short 1 block walk to the beach. Just a short walk to stores, restaurants and bars; and only a few minute drive to Atlantic City. Small dogs are welcome - you can book them as an extra guest or add a pet to the booking. Large dogs please inquire.

Beach block with low cleaning fee

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute beach block(9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt.. just one block over to doggy beach and the "drive on" beach( permit needed) which is at the beginning of the nearly 4 mile nature preserve.. simply beautiful and peaceful! Lets not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City!

The unit was really great. It was clean and bright and was in a great location. The only thing I would say is it needs a full length mirror and some extra pillows. Bertha was a great host. She was very responsive and made the entire experience very enjoyable. We would definitely rent it again!

We would 100% book Jeffrey's place again! The space is bigger than it looks in the photos. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The host's communication went above and beyond and anything we needed was taken care of instantly. The beach is right across the street and everything else within a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We loved walking to Ola Kai gym in the mornings before heading to the beach. Thank you for a great stay, Jeffrey!

Our stay was wonderful! This place is comfortable for a family of four. Kerry and Carol were very responsive when we had messaged them during our stay. The location of the condo is prime! It's a skip and a hop away from the beach. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, ice cream, ect. We would definitely stay here again!

The most beautiful little beach cottage! We had a wonderful time!! Everything was spotless and the whole house smelled amazing. So convenient and close to everything. We were sad we had to leave!! We will definitely be renting again!
