Unfortunately a noisy night but this is not usual. Tim was very helpful in every way.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend staying at The Dairy! The farm is set in a beautifully tranquil location a few steps from a trail leading up to Black Down. Louise was a great host, very friendly and responsive, and makes a great homemade granola! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely place to stay. Very quiet. It has been so well converted into accommodation.The views are terrific. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are good. Everything you need all in all. Thanks Alison for the breakfast supplies. We hope to stay again . Janice

We loved tree tops. Sam is kind, bubbly and is eager to make your trip as comfortable as can be. The hot tub is a real win. Place and location beautiful. Everything you need to cook and make it feel like your home. Would definitely return.

This was a lovely comfortable place to stay -- really nice set up with two bedrooms on either side and a living room and dining area in between. The patio area looks out over her garden - with roses cascading everywhere -- it is delightful. Claire could not have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit again -- good for the gardens, vineyards and historic houses that are all around.

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

I lovely house with a garden, quiet, clean. Everything pretty near, bus or 15 minutes walking from the center of Lewes. Also a perfect location to go to Charleston house, Monk's house, Glyndebourne and Brighton. We would have liked to stay longer. Thank you Eleanor.

We had a lovely stay, the lodge was really clean and modern and peaceful and private, it was also really easy to find. Carolin was a great host and really responsive, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and would definately recommend!

What a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world with stunning views from the house. Made to feel so welcome with Tony and Chrissy. Both are wonderful, warm and very special people. The part of the house you stay in is nothing short of amazing with every attention to detail taken care of. We were so relaxed from the moment we arrived right up to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble from these wonderful hosts and I strongly advise you to experience what we have. The walks around the beeches and cliff tops are 5 mins away and are truly spectacular. Great parking and easy access to the house. 15 mins on a bus and you have all the fun and unique atmosphere of Brighton. This is a great location for anywhere on the south coast and I only wish we had longer to stay there. Thank you so much for all your genuine care and the way you looked after us. Geoff and Cath

It was a last minute booking due to our house sale in Suffolk and we wanted to get cracking and continue our previous house hunting in West Sussex. This accommodation was a perfect location for us, nice and quiet to gather our thoughts, after several viewings. Andrea and Ian were friendly and helpful hosts. Everything you could possibly want was provided for our stay. Brilliant.

Great location with the South Coast a short drive away. The cottage was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities listed. Emma was a great host, answered any questions, shared local events, and was proactive in offering help and sorting anything out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay to explore the South Coast by car, this is a great place to consider.

Claire was a lovely host. She was kind and helpful and responsive to contacts made. The Nest is a really peaceful location surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Good kitchen and bathroom and lovely outside space. East Hoathly has a great little pub - very friendly landlord/lady and a wee coffee shop with excellent coffee!

A lovely little nook - the perfect accommodation we needed to stay at after our friends wedding round the corner. Laura was so incredibly helpful with check-in and super flexible so we could drop our car off before heading to the wedding. Gorgeous accommodation and great host! Thank you:)

Ann and Lawrence are wonderful! little Lock Cottage is a beautiful little place in the countryside. it has everything you would need for a lovely stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make your own meals. it's perfect. the cottage was clean and tidy and in an idyllic location. it was so nice to come back to the place after long days. the garden area is so pretty and there is a constant flow of birds that visit. there are gorgeous horses in the fields. you can take lovely walks in the country. the town is only a 20 min walk away. it's a perfect little place! highly recommend.

Gorgeous guest house, exceptionally good. Guest house entirely to ourselves. Comfortable for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. We loved it. We liked that it has dishwasher, washing machine and Air conditioner. Bifold doors open to the patio where we had a BBQ. The pictures doesn’t do it a justice. Sea view from the cliff was amazing. Garden is gorgeous. The beddings are of high quality. Lots of parking space. Pristine clean. Smooth check in. Amazing location, Brighton centre is easy to go to. We went to visit several places like Seven Sisters, devils dykes. Communication brilliant. A perfect hub for us.

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Great value and a great location. Wesley was helpful and nothing was too much. Communication was fantastic at every step and even with our very late evening check in, we didn’t feel like this was a problem and self check in was easy. Parking was simple with free parking on road or on the drive outside their home. The space is exactly what’s described and the bathroom is huge!

Not my first stay here, which says it all. Penny is helpful and friendly. The charming garden room is comfortable and well-equipped. Firle is utterly charming.

We enjoyed a lovely week in this perfect little flat. We were able to follow many walks straight from the front door - using the thoughtfully proved OS Map. The viillage of Ditchling is lovely with just a couple of pubs and cafes, all within a few minutes walk if the flat. Ditchling is also well paced for visiting the surrounding area - Brighton being just 15 minutes away. Karen was very prompt on all our correspondence. We highly recommend this flat for its comfort and location.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights , the location was perfect & so peaceful . Sara met us with a smile & was so helpful , with suggestions . Milk was waiting for that all important cuppa & nibbles to go with , which we appreciated . Every thing was great , clean , spacious and had every thing you could need . We are 2 school friends of over 60 years so the 2 bed 2 bathrooms was perfect ! We really enjoyed Lewes High street & our visit to Eastbourne, Seaford & Brighton all easy travelling distance . Would highly recommend The Stables .
