This architect designed retreat is a perfect for couples or young families. Surrounded by pine trees you will stay in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Surrounded by hammocks with access to our large swimming pool. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed, a stove and electricity. With views up to Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs. We are an area of dark sky perfect for stargazing. Pls note some road noise to be expected.

Huge Property, 3 receptions rooms, 5 large double bedrooms (double beds only), one family bathroom, one en-suite shower room, one ensuite toilet and wash basin and one downstairs toilet and washing basin. A fabulous garden with heated pool thats not over looked. Ping Pong Table and three outside chill out spaces with fire pit and outdoor speakers. This makes a fabulous place for a family or a group of friends.Inside sound system, dual aspect extension with high ceiling.
