Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

Nestling in Seven Dials full of cafes, restaurants, delis, eclectic shops and only a 20 minute walk from Brighton city centre, shops, theatres, mainline station and seafront, this cosy townhouse, bursting with character is a must stay! Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free for 1 car and pets are welcome. Very comfortable town house, centre of Brighton, close to i360 and seafront with large outdoor roof garden/terrace. Refurbished in 2022 and perfect for families, groups or couples looking to be near the centre. Sea views to the master bedroom and stairway. The Roof garden is secluded and quiet and is a year round real suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing. The accommodation is set over 3 floors and has its own private entrance and has 2 deluxe family bathrooms plus a WC.

This exceptional property is perfectly located in the heart of Brighton. It is within walking distance to the city centre, with the famous lanes for shopping just a stone through away. It offers amazing restaurants and bars nearby. The Brighton Pavilion, Palace Pier and beach are a short stroll away. The property is also in Walking distance to Kemp Town with its quirky shops and delicious eateries. Not forgetting the Brighton Marina. Perfect for the family and friends.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
