The Waterfront

The Waterfront is an iconic beach front home with striking prominence on the East Bracklesham coastline. It's modern design and stunning interiors make this a unique and luxurious choice of holiday home. The property is an upside down house as many are on the beach front, offering spectacular sea views from the living and entertaining space. South facing sliding doors open on to the impressive decked balcony providing a seamless inside to outside living environment with views over the Solent.

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Close to Chichester harbour and the South Downs and world renowned Goodwood, whether you’re a kite boarder or car enthusiast, this location has it all. Plenty of local restaurants and shops and with great fish and chips on your doorstep, you won’t have to venture far for that seaside experience.

Pet Friendly cabin 50m to beach in The Witterings

Little Seagulls is a beautiful cabin nestled in the grounds of our home. It is a few paces to the stunning beach of Bracklesham Bay. Our cabin is tastefully furnished with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with King sized double beds, one converting to 2 singles if required, and shower room. Outside is a fully enclosed private coastal themed patio with chairs and table to sit and enjoy the sea air, sounds of the waves and sunset skies.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
