Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

A quiet seaside street is lined with charming buildings featuring ornate iron balconies. Vehicles are parked along both sides, and the ocean can be seen at the end of the street, under a clear blue sky.
