The house is 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Pors Pol, 500 metres from the Pontusval lighthouse and the GR34. The Meneham site is 2.4 km along the dune. Also nearby is a restaurant/bar/SPA/supermarket/pharmacy and a market 1 km away! You have a private garden of 1300 m2 (not enclosed) with free parking.

It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity).
