Grand appartement ( 93m2) au calme avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer. La maison est située au bout d'une voie sans issue et exposée plein sud .Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Le logement est de plain pied et la terrasse est très grande. On voit la mer de ttes les pièces (même du lit !). Parking juste à côté de la maison . Le terrain n'est pas clôturé sur tous les côtés. WIFI gratuit. Forfait ménage de 60€. IMPORTANT. En hiver relevé du compteur d'électricité pour le chauffage.
