The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each room has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other with a small child's room. Located in the Châtillonnais country in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Forest walks can be accessed from the house. The country stone house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated, you will find mainly as materials Burgundy stone and local oak, with clean furniture and personalized decoration.

En couple, entre amis, en famille ou en déplacement, notre gîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. De plain pied, il a été entièrement rénové au milieu d'un grand jardin clôturé dans un petit village bourguignon proche de la Champagne. La cour vous permet de garer au moins trois voitures facilement et en toute sécurité. Notre gîte saura vous dépayser et vous offrir des moments de calme et de repos.
