Private suite holiday rentals in Brisbane Water

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

The property is described as ‘charming’ and it certainly is that. Lovely place in a lovely location. Great place to stay.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

We absolutely loved staying here! Great location, beautiful scenery, helpful and friendly hosts. We had more than everything we needed, and the goodies left for us were a really nice touch too! It felt cozy and very welcoming. We would definitely love to stay here again.

I strongly recommend Neil's place in Watson's Bay if you're looking for a quiet location outside of the city center. It was easy walking distance to both Camp Cove Beach and the South Head, perfect spots for a morning walk. It is also very close to the Watson's Bay Wharf and a quick ferry ride to both Manly and the CPD. The apartment itself was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The loaf of bread and bottle of wine were a nice touch and made me feel at home. The highlight of the apartment was the back porch, which looks onto a peaceful garden. During the rainstorm on my first day, I spent a relaxing few hours reading on the porch. Neil was very welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. I can't speak highly enough of his qualities as a host.

Great locations although parking was a little tricky with weekend sport. The unit was comfortable with pleanty of room. There was everything I needed for my weekend away and allowed to washing of Basketball uniforms. Great outside area for enjoying the sun. Vividness was responsive to any questions. Look forward to staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. Always feels right at home between our journey from the Gold Coast to Melbourne. The perfect setting, peaceful, most comfortable bed and everything you could ask for. We will be back! Thank you again for having us 🥰

Kate included some nice touches in her place, like snacks and breakfast provisions, and Hornsby had all that we needed before heading out into the hinterland north of town

So enjoyed our stay at Matt and Mel's Valentine home. Due to weather we couldn't spend every night on balcony but the lake & mountain views are lovely. Accommodations felt completely independent so privacy certainly not an issue. Easy access to do a quick load of washing which was very helpful. Furnishings really comfy with reliable WiFi/Pay TV access for those wet/windy days. over-all.... would not hesitate to stay at Matt and Mel's. Thank you again M&M. You have a great place to stay.

This a a truly lovely and fresh Apartment and is well equipped in a truly amazing location!!! It's located in a large and beautiful home but also completely private. You can't go wrong with this absolutely fantastic place to stay!...The host is superb and you should go for it and enjoy!

Lilian's accomondation is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Castle Hill. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and comfy bedrooms. Outside the apartment is a patio area and a small garden with nice views. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Overall, we had a great time there and will definitely recommend this place to others!

I just spent 3 weeks at Joanne's place in Manly. First, I had to change the dates and Joanne and Zoe were very accommodating with that (and very responsive with subsequent communications), and then the stay itself was fantastic. Everything as described, the flat is clean, comfortable and quiet and has a phenomenal view 9 floors up out over Shelley Beach and South Steyne, and the sun rises over the ocean right out the window. The neigbourhood is great beyond the beach, lots to do and eight (yes, eight) coffee shops within 100 metres (I counted). Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again on my annual pilgrimage to the area.

We had an enjoyable stay in John & Julie’s apartment. It has everything you need and is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. We used the ferries during our stay which were fantastic. We highly recommend this place. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, felt like a home away from home all our worries disappeared it was so incredibly peaceful to wake up to, Diana and Jim were so incredibly nice and helpful, the power went out due to servere weather at 1am and they were very quick to come out in the pouring rain to get it back on straight away. Lastly the place whole place but mainly the kitchen, bathroom and laundry was so well equiped with absolutely anything we needed not once did we feel like we didn’t have anything and we were making big dinners and breakfasts every morning and night. It was so clean and well kept, 10/10 would come again next time I go to Sydney definitely

My daughter turned 11, was a special get away. The place was beautiful, clean and private. The girls did not want to leave, thanks Sumi for letting us create memories in your place.

I had a wonderful stay at Sue's place. The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful garden.

We had a great weekend stay at Neale and Sue's. The place was clean and tidy and in a good location. Neale and Sue were very communicative and amazing hosts - our car got bogged due to extreme weather and they jumped in to help us without any hesitation. They are wonderful hosts with a cosy and great stay!

Great place. Stayed for the night as I was travelling to Victoria so was easy access to the Motor way . The hosts were very friendly and helpful and accomodating of my two doggos. Best shower water pressure ever!! Definitely recommend
