There is a coffee machine, kettle and small fridge Please note - there is no kitchen at the property so no cooking facilities. The studio is located behind the houses on our street via a private lane. Though there isn’t a private garden, it backs on to public woodland and is a short stroll from the River Frome

PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.
