We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

We had a great stay at the Pasta Beach Guesthouse. The space was lovely and clean. The free parking and walking distance to all Newport has to offer were an added bonus. Would highly recommend Tyler's spot.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, very private third floor apartment in a gorgeous historic home. Our host was very available and attentive but if you prefer an Airbnb where you can come and go anonymously, this is not the place for you.

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Liked Best: Very quiet, clean, lots of space, feather bed resulted in good deep sleep. Next time: I will know where the AC remote is without having to bother Jay. blessings and thanks, Doug / Dallas

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Lovely and light-filled home right on the river in a stunning neighborhood. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed here for a few days to attend my niece's high school graduation after an overseas trip, and the home was the perfect place to rest and have a base from which to go and visit family. We would 100% stay here again.

This is the third year we’ve come to Wendy’s place to celebrate my sister’s birthday weekend and it was fabulous, as always! Wendy made everything perfect for us and the beach and restaurants were amazing. Can’t wait for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The house was wonderful and in a great location. Communication was clear with the hosts. Only feedback we would give was having more items in the kitchen like sheet pans, Tupperware, something to wipe the counters down, etc.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

My stay in Newport in Amber and John's room was quite perfect. The space was clean and spotless, and in a very central location to all of the nearby sites. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for somewhere to stay during their trip to Newport, RI. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this room again in the future!

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

Kelly’s home was beautiful!! She was very responsive and helpful. She even took the time to mail me my package that got delivered after we checked out! Unfortunately the front deck needed construction during our stay and started at 7am through 12pm so there was no sleeping in, but besides that our stay was great!😊

Nice place very clean and convenient. I felt it was very pricey though. Probably because of demand that weekend. I would recommend the stay !!
