Holiday rentals with a balcony in British Isles

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

Good stay, apartment was nice and spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. It did get noisy at times as it is near the pub and a Sunday market. Other than that, really nice place!

I stayed there for 18 days and I felt like home. Very nice apartment and comfortable, Quiet area, minutes far from centre of Canary Wharf. Host was very friendly and helpful. Fast response when I needed something. I would love to stay there again.

Great apartment, very helpful and responsive host , place was very comfortable clean and spacious, public transit to the city wasn’t as accessible as we hoped as train was good but not as frequent as busses. However the place itself was great value for money and we enjoyed our stay there :)

The road leading to the location is a little startling at first. The location is at least 30 minutes from any town, if you are looking for a secluded get away then it’s a good location.

Great place to stay. Descriptions are accurate and Titti and Orla were excellent hosts.

6 minutes walk to underground station. Peaceful and quiet surroundings with friendly neighbors. Only problem is to open the second front door. There’s two doors at the front, the first door cannot be locked, looks like it’s a wrong key. The second door is hard to open, it takes a huge pressure on the key to turn it open anti clockwise, locking is OK.

Monica’s home is a little slice of paradise in the hustle and bustle of London. Every detail was perfect from her curated art to thoughtfully designed layout. Having a morning coffee and admiring the lush backyard was one of the highlights of my week and I’ll always remember it! The added bonus of your own entrance to the park really was the cherry on top to a perfect stay. If you’re looking for somewhere that wow’s you and a host that makes you feel at home I can’t recommend Monica’s enough. Thanks for having us!

Perfect for a weekend on the Opal Coast... Welcoming house, comfortable beds and good amenities. Is even equipped with a Senseo coffee machine for those who wish to anticipate the purchase of pods...

The space worked very well for us. The communal areas were ideal, the kitchen/diner was a good size and well equipped, the sitting room also. The balcony was great and opening the sliding door helped a lot on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable and both en suite bathrooms were great. The location was the highlight, great views onto the canal and a very short walk into the city. A couple of local shops made things totally convenient. The only things that were less than perfect, but still perfectly manageable, were that the parking was a bit tight, you wouldn't want a large car; the bedroom windows are directly onto a side road up to the canal so keep the blinds closed and be prepared for some noise from passers-by; the place can get very hot on warm days. All in all a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anybody.

My family of 2 adults, 3 children and a dog(!) had a wonderful stay in Sallys home. We did not want to leave! The house was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Such a lovely space for a family to relax. A peaceful countryside setting but only a 5 minute drive from the town. Wonderful powerful shower, comfy beds and quality linen throughout. The kitchen was the most thoroughly equipped in any air b&b we have stayed in. We made much use of the lovely garden, BBQ, hot tub and kids toys. Sally was very proactive the instant we booked. We were kindly given an early check in which was greatly appreciated. She even arranged for a stair gate which allowed us to keep our spaniel downstairs. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would love to return!

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays. Perfect location and extremely comfortable and stylish flat. Andy was a wonderful host! Both attentive and accommodating. This is a very special place. Could not recommend enough.

This is a beautiful period property right in the centre of Brighton. The property has so much personality laid out by the host. Kelly obviously enjoys food, music, festivals and travel. Her personality oozes out of the walls. Great hidden gem in Brighton, it was a pleasure and privilege to stay in such a lovely building. Oh!! and the weather was great but no one can control that in the UK🤣🤗

Perfect location for a stay in Topsham. Great views of the estuary and the Quay and handy for all the good things that make the town so special. Also great for biking on the Exe trail. The flat has all you could want, very comfortable and a lovely balcony to enjoy watching the world go by. We've been before and will be back again

Gary was great! First time sharing a place but felt comfortable. He was very helpful with directions on how to get there and let me check in prior my time which it was great because of my luggage. The place is close to everything so I walked and took the train!. Perfect stay.

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.

Cool neighbourhood to stay in. Bus stop was right outside but we took an Uber anywhere we needed to go. David left a binder for us which had friendly advice of places to eat in the area which came in handy. Was nice to be able to drop off our bags early before check in!

Portobello is lovely with a beautiful beach and is a short bus ride from city cente. The apartment was clean and comfy with hot shower and great beds giving a good nights sleep. Jeremy was quick to respond to messages and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We had a lovely time there and would love to go again

Jayme was very responsive and his flat was delightful. Lots of natural light, very warm regardless of the temperature outside. The only issues we had during our 3 week stay is that there was not sufficient space for our stuff . Probably ok for a few days but longer than that for people it was an issue. Thanks Jayme June

Rod was a great host. Always responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. regularly checking in to see if I required anything and always flexible. The flat is gorgeous and the view from the 10th floor balcony is stunning. East Village is a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities and Westfield on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again - Rod is probably the best host I have experienced. We have since become friends!
