Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

"L'Etage" est un grand studio classé "Meublé de Tourisme" situé à l'entrée de la Presqu'île de Quiberon à proximité des plages, des spots de surf, de kite et des sites d'intérêts (Mégalithes, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Massif Dunaire, GR34... ). Just a 5-minute bike ride from the greenway offering 17 km of greenway along the coastline. Many outdoor activities await you in the surroundings (horseback riding, microlight, hiking on the Sentier des Douaniers GR 34, sand yachting, karting etc.). Bike rental is available.

Independent entrance, private outdoor space and covered terrace sunny in the morning. For long stays, a washing machine can be made available.

You will be located in a hamlet in the countryside, 2.5 km from the sea, in the heart of the preserved natural site of Audierne Bay and in the immediate vicinity of the GR34 hiking trail.

You will have a 25 m2 extension with a terrace overlooking the heated pool and a 10 m2 summer kitchen. A closed room will allow you to store your bikes. The first breakfast will be free of charge. The whole thing is located on a quiet street in a quiet and friendly hamlet of Binic, 2 km from the beaches, shops and restaurants.
