Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. A nice 35 m² outbuilding for 2 people (possibility for 2 children in the sofa bed) in a large Mediterranean garden. We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
