Surrounded by water views and exquisite gardens, this incredible and spacious home has guests literally not wanting to leave. Well laid out and very well appointed with a gorgeous and wide canal on one side and a glimmering heated pool on the other. You will wake up to the North East facing water front, open the bifold doors and you will know you are on holiday. Whole house and pool is yours! This is a large 2 storey, 4 brm, 3bthm home with a pool, only 18 mins walk to the beach. Now boasting an 85 inch 4k Samsung TV...book in for family movie night! Large lounge and dining area, looks over the magnificent tropical pool. BBQ by the pool and enjoy the peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. This large entertainer's house will sleep up to 10 people comfortably. All 4 rooms have queen-size beds and there is a sofa lounge and two king singles.
