Apartment holiday rentals in Broadbeach Waters

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

Anne was an amazing host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Collection of the keys from the Friendly Grocer across the road from the apartment took less time than a normal checkin procedure at the front desk! Apartment was beautiful and clean and as described. Only thing missing was a 2nd TV.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Oracle with Broadbeach Luxury Stay. The apartment is stunning, incredible view and unbeatable location. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

John was an excellent host and so his airbnb! Stunning location and very nice and comfortable. The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed this spot.

I absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was easy to find, had convenient off-street parking, and was secure. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, surf club, and local shops. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring super easy. Zoe was a great host and very easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, well furnished had everything we needed. Lovely sunny balcony, excellent views. Really enjoyed sleeping with the door open listening to the sound of the ocean. Well located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and easy to catch the light rail to either place or to Pacific Fair for shopping. The resort facilities were well maintained too.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well presented, very clean and tidy with everything you could want for a short stay, including an amazing ocean view. Location was great - within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Excellent communication from our hosts.

Highly recommended. The apartment was even better than the photos, and just an incredible view. Check in was seamless and communication from the host was clear and extremely fast. Amazing location, 1 min walk to the beach and some highly rated restaurants. Will definitely stay there again next time on the GC 😀

Our stay was amazing! The room was super clean and the view was spectacular. Tracy is a great host, she was responsive and super helpful throughout our whole stay, highly recommend!

Great little unit, great location, easy access to beach, perfect location to catch tram either direction. Several close by coffee spots and "locals". Previous reviews of noise and earplugs provided but didn't need them. My only negative was single beds suitable for small children not taller. Would definitely stay again as previously stated, great little unit. Vadim provided excellent communication throughout the whole experience. 5*****

Caroline’s place at Surfers Aquarius was absolutely incredible! The view from the 33rd floor was simply breathtaking—waking up to that ocean view was something else. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. The building itself had great amenities, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and shops. Caroline was a lovely host—very responsive and thoughtful. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Aaron’s condo was the perfect start to our two-week adventure in Australia. The check-in and check-out process was seamless thanks to the clear and timely information he provided. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from morning coffee and sunrise walks on the beach. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

We had a great experience with Jenny and Steve. They were amazing to deal with in checking in and help us with check out. The location is great, with everything you need in walking distance. We will definitely be back next year.
