Beachfront holiday rentals in Broadbeach Waters

The property was fantastic. Such a great location and beautiful hosts who were very assistive. I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

David has a beautiful family friendly property which is exactly as advertised. Kids loved the pool and foosball table and adults loved the garden area and large dining table. Mermaid Waters is a nice location for young families close to the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach without the chaos. highly recommend!

Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our adult children. The location is spectacular. The house is cozy, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The host was excellent and very responsive. Thoroughly recommend. We hope to be back.

Our stay was great, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house boat was bigger than we expected, and the top floor was breathtaking with views of the calm water, boats and buildings, was beautiful, orange and violet sunrise and sunsets - we just loved it! It was a perfect 3-night holiday to rest and reconnect with family. It was only a short boat ride to cafes and beach. Brett was flexible with our check-in and check out times, and always friendly and helpful. It was a great family holiday just 30 min away from home. The weather was just perfect too! We would love to come back again one day ☀️

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

This apartment is wonderful apartment. The view is spectacular. It is exactly the same of provided photos. The apartment is new and spotless. The location is great near many restaurants and the beach. The check in process was easy and short. The car park was good. it was worth for a wonderful holidays.

My family and I had 5 amazing nights at Broadbeach. The room and view was incredible. The checking in and checking out was a smooth process and the staff communication was very friendly. We had the best experience staying at yogi’s place. The decorations and furnishings were absolutely beautiful and you feel lots of love from every pieces of deco. I could tell he picked everything that is in the house with passions. Yogi isn’t just the host but a great person / friend supporting any of us to have the best time in GC. We have 1 year old daughter and I requested for the cot and high chair. He somehow helped us to get them on our first day. The location was in the heart of everything and we couldn’t ask more. Honestly thank you so much for making our holiday remarkable.

The apartment is lovely and Helen promptly replied when we were affected by the dismantling of a surf comp. Could not have been nicer and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Had a slight challenge with the keys at arrival but hosts were amazing and got sorted very quickly. Everything I needed and the apartment was super spacious, clean and linen and furnishing was perfect. Highly recommend!

A lovely clean & tidy apartment with great views. Easy check-in & check-out. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & a huge supermarket. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that I needed. A really enjoyable stay.

Excellent space! Host suzanne was proactive from start to finish she was extremely detailed in the check in process and everything went smooth. The place is absolutely stunning and well worth it! Loved having the extra space! The balcony is a big hit! Lots of nice touches throughout the space.!
