East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Stocked w/ everything you need: hot tub, gas fireplace, beach supplies, bikes, bar cart, seasonal outdoor shower, 2 fire pits, picnic table, screened in porch w/dining table & lounge area! Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). NOTE: Minimum stays of (2 days or more are required.) Special consideration for longer or shorter stays can be discussed upon booking. PLEASE read over all instructions before booking.

A small historic home in the city of Milton, De. Milton offers small USA hometown charm that is close the world famous Delaware beaches. This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.

Our beach home is ideally situated on Broadkill Beach's SOUTH side (the North side has a higher density of houses [i.e. more people on the beach]; the SOUTH side offers a more exclusive beach experience with no crowds). It's just you, the sand, and the sea - the quintessential beach escape.
